To preserve the value of clients' needs, information, strategies and approaches, Stratserv exercises strict confidentiality. Unlike some other consulting practices, Stratserv ensures integrity by generally not revealing who it's clients are unless required to do so for legal purposes by any relevant authorities. Stratserv also does not publish or share case studies pertaining to the approaches, problems, scenarios or strategies of it's clients, past or present. The principle behind this Confidentiality Policy is that any information, or any strategy, is no longer strategic, if it is known. Considering the nature of business that Stratserv is in, it's relationship with it's clients may also be deemed as strategic and therefore held in utmost confidence. With exception to clients that expressly do not require Stratserv maintaining confidentiality of it's interaction with them due to the nature of their business and the type of service Stratserv provides to them, Stratserv strictly adheres to it's Confidentiality Policy without any other exception.
